Shopify Customer Checkout Errors?

My store is getting the same errors, i have had several transactions declined due to the zip code failing verification, im running the store on shopify and idk what is going on, should i turn off the zip code verifcation?

Try turning it off and seeing if that helps, it wouldn't hurt to try.
 
I had this issue also on my wordpress site and it turned out to be the wordpress theme i was using was throwing off authorize.net by adding a space. it could be something as stupid as that.

i think im going to just turn it off, also i just made my first shopify sale
 
Congrats on the sale. You probably wont need the zip code verification now since youre doing things manually im assuming, but youll want to get that fixed if you ever turn it in to a scaled ecommerce site with fraud verification. Not sure what your goals are, but keep going! :)

From working with Shopify from the very beginning, I'd suggest turning it off and for a few moments in your day manually check the orders. Most times the zip code doesn't match up as customers order stuff to work, or a local house. If the order comes up miles and miles away, either cancel it or email/phone your customer. 9 times out of 10 nothing to worry about, and if they don't get back to you just don't send anything.
