Shipping Cost Calculator Plugin

I am designing an e-commerce website using wordpress. I am searching for plugin which can calculate and apply shipping charges based on city/state/weight/volume etc.

Can you please suggest solution.

I think the woocommerce plugin has such a feature. Please look it up.
