Shadowban or not?

Hello, I have a problem with my Instagram account (@pokesqad). I cannot add any photos to my feed (stories works). I go through the photo adding process, I can see "finalisation" message on my screen and see my photo on my feed for a moment, but after a while it disappears. If I try to like so-mentioned post then it checks the heart, then disappears right after. After trying to check the post statistics from feed level I am getting "unknown error". I am having this problem for more than 4 days. I wrote to Instagram a report about my problem, but I didn't get any response so far. Every other action is working, such as follow/unfollow/like/comment/dm. I also cannot see any message stating that I have got a shadowban. Do you have any idea what might be the case? Some new kind of ban or punishment? It's quite weird, because I do not post many pictures. Usually one per week and some stories from time to time.

Getting same problem for a week on some of my accs. I think its a shadowban. I have rested the accounts for some days. Let's see if the problem solves.
