Setting up a business with Comission Junction

Hello guys,I'm here for about two weeks and I read a lot of topics which helped me a lot.I am working with CJ since 2009 and I have made until now about 500 EUR per month,but I generated the leads using dinamyc ip and it seems that they started to close my accounts a lot faster than before.So I'm thinking to invest about 500 EUR in a site or something like that will generate real leads or at least will look real.

So my questions are:
What is the best keyword to make a site where I have to promote my advertiser banners(computers/software nieche)?I will buy a gig from fiverr to make someone analyze the competition with market samurai but I need some advices.
Should I use adwords to bring traffic on it?Or what will be the best method?Should I buy some traffic?
Could I use adsense to the same site to generate income with the cj advertiser's banners too?
I saw a lot of users who sell some interesting packages about doing SEO,get youtube views and facebook likes?What do you think it is the best option?
About PPC campaigns,not understood so well how this thing works,but I think it is a little bit expensive if I'm right?
I'm looking also for a partener who is experienced with adwords,adsense,seo and stuff like this and has some time and money to work with me.Sorry if my english is too poor,I have written this in a little bit of hurry.So I'm looking forward to hear from you guys

It seems you have zero idea about the "business" you are going to set up. All your basic questions are answered in a lot of threads around here, use search and start learning.

I agree with this. Either a) your English is so bad that you can't get your main points and ideas across clearly to the reader so it just looks like you want somebody to do the work for you or b) you just want somebody to do the work for you.

Is this some way how I can promote my CJ advertisers banners using Adwords or it is a network how I could do that?If I have a landing page with an youtube video containing in description my site and I promote it via Adwords I will get banned?

Do you have some tips on starting a business with 500 eur?I want some advices from experienced people.I feel better when someone talks with me directly and I don't read someone story.
