SEO Traffic Doubled since 6th March 2024 Google Update

Yeah, in my experience too, it is easier to rank on non-English and adult niches

Thanks somehow it gave me some motivation that my sites would be alive somehow .

Glad to see the website thrive as many have been affected by the update!

I have noticed that Readability with tables work. Higher HTML to text ratio with tables might be helping rankings. Also Targeting specific searches with long-tail keywords is a smart idea and helps to get traffic fast..

AI content can be a great starting point, but that human touch for accuracy and engagement is crucial. Referencing trusted sources is a smart way to ensure your content is top-notch. High HTML to Text Ratio is a creative strategy. Tables can definitely improve readability and break up text, which could be contributing to your ranking boost. Just be sure they're relevant and add value, not just fluff. Long-tail keywords help target user intent more precisely, which can be a game-changer for rankings. Formulating prompts to generate these in different languages is a great hack. Social media sharing can work wonders for discoverability and that extra ranking oomph. Nice work leveraging Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter. About your prompt for ChatGPT in Turkish - that's some seriously detailed instruction. Love the breakdown for including bios, FAQs, and reference links.

If you're working with multiple languages, there might be AI content tools specifically designed for that. They might offer pre-built functionalities for things like bios and FAQs in different languages. Even with detailed prompts, AI-generated content can sometimes miss the mark on cultural nuances or phrasing specific to a language. Having a human editor, even for a light polish, can make a big difference.

Well I am trying the nuclear option some one suggested in a group.

Delete everything, keep it like that for a few months, then re index the same posts. Google's classifier is removed and your posts rank again lol.

Non English sites are promising for sure. But Keywords research is a pain lol
Keyword research is quite easy.
Here's one of the guides (yes, I've been using this method for some years and now it's shared):
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-keyword-research-via-reddit.1577914/And here's another guide (haven't used this tactic yet):

One thing I am seeing is that low competition keywords are the only one's that you can easily rank without very high DA.
and these days i measure competition only by number of search results,
anything below 100K search results is easy to rank, as you go beyond that Google will pay more attention to DA.

If you have a non-english site, can you share steps one can take to setup one as well like keyword research

@xpesos did you buy social signals?

No need to buy social signals, brand new social accounts are fine, facebook+reddit+linkedin are best combination at the moment, for reddit try use multiple accounts, once you have 20 to 30 shared links in sub-reddit, start with new reddit account, because they ban quickly and you don't want to lose all your work, just go with these 3 social sites, and share for one week, and you will see results within 3-4 days

thank you for sharing this!

the part about html to text seems interesting... marquee era coming back to 2k24?

i believe that reddit can be a great source of seo traffic, you just need to publish a lot of content in dozens of subreddits on a daily basis, and find a way to make some people actually go see your website. but the content you share has to be good, so no extra legwork = no real results

Just an update, my latest sites are still growing i.e Turkish and other languages
One thing i learned which is giving me even better results is to make sure that
1: Content is to the point, use chatgpt for content but remove introduction and conclusion paragraph from chatgpt, that is mostly BS.

if you want to increase content of article then one way is to have 2nd or 3rd sub-article and add it in main article

for example if you are writing about person who is politician, then you can add 2nd article in the same article by creating about "Top Politicians in Turkiye or that Country"
or you can create content about "Ideology of party of the person" or "Top leaders of the party of the person"
create at least 3 to 4 external links, and relevant words, this is great way to tell Google, that you have written well researched article,
for example i will hyperlink person name to insta or wiki
then affiliated party name
then some relevant persons

I edited some old articles, and added relevant sub-articles, plus 5 - 6 relevant external backlinks to authority sites and 3 to 4 relevant internal links, that has helped a lot in rankings.

Another thing is; "images" is one of the main reasons of penalty, you cannot use images from google, if the topic is very common, then Google know what image is relevant or what is not, so you cannot also use irrelevant images, in these cases when i want to use relevant image (it is usually person in my case) i will use a youtube video or intagram account, and take screen shots.

Another tip, Facebook pages and groups are great way to have natural backlinks to your site, be creative and try to post content that is catchy. and will get higher engagement, as my blog is Entertainment so these are few facebook targeted topics i will post, just for increasing engagement and help in getting natural backlinks
