Seo related help needed for starting seo agency.

I am new to Seo, i want to start providing Seo service on market place like fiverr and people per hour, i came across one software " http://getonestopseo.com/live/ " an there is similar site called " https://seotools.0mmo.net/ " and all most same feature, i want to know which one is best.

Please let me know another paid best software like this which i can buy and using that i can start selling service on source market place.

The first one, http://getonestopseo.com/live/, has a fiverr spokesperson in the video... not sure I would feel all warm and fuzzy about that product.

The second one has this for it's latest tweets 3 times on the bottom of the page, "Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting.. Read MoreMay 21, 2015".

I'm pretty sure that is something that should have been addressed 3 years ago so you may want to consider that in your assessment.

fiverr spokesperson in the video !!! and they are saying buy our software and go to konker and shall your service, i do not know what they are upto
