I will be using wordpress and I want to know which one of these 2 are better for seo?
1.Let's say title of my content is "how to lose weight" and on the keyword(tag), i put "how to lose weight fast" "how to lose weight in 1 day" "how to lose weight quickly"

2.I make a seperate content with each title "how to lose weight" "how to lose weight fast" "how to lose weight in 1 day" "how to lose weight quickly". So total 5 unique contents. But on the keyword (tag) i just put simple word such as "weight" "lose weight" and etc.

Which one do you think is better in terms of google's page rank and seo.

Use the all in one seo plugin. In each one of your pages use unique SEO information such as title, description, and keyword, also your <h1> tag I have found is pretty important.

As stated above, the search engines don't use the keyword tags anymore per say, but in my opinion, it does help to tell them what you are trying to rank for. That being said, if your title, description and <h1> tag have your main keyword in it on each page you will not have to add any keywords, because the search engines will know exactly what you are trying to rank for.

this is definitely better. each page on your site should be optimized to rank for exactly one keyword. then make your keyword tags that keyword and nothing else

What FvckTheWorld says is very relevant as of now. The search engines (especially G00gle) are taking into consideration the "Over-Optimized,"
websites. I noticed change in almost all of my website rankings in comparison to my competitors.

It's important to consider the level of competition involved, but my experience showed the more competitive less "On-Page" Optimization
was influential in the search page results.

I agree with Oink222 about the pages and I would add that you could (should)
create the content with the "Anchor-Text" to be used in favor of the pages of your website you want to rank high for.

It would be a good way to "compensate" for less On-Page Optimization. And of course, Strengthen your internal link structure. :D

That's used mostly for the tag clouds on wp pages.

If you have the right plugins then it might also create a keywords metatag for the wp pages, but just because one is made doesn't mean it's necessary.

As already mentioned the keywords tag isn't a factor the search engines use to index your site. It may have some effect on SEO due to overall keyword density on a page, but it isn't a main factor to be concerned with. Unless your using Adsense, or similar ppc advertising on your page the keywords metatag isn't really necessary.
