SEO Needed... & de-optimization of decade old stuff

Hello All,
I am in need of SEO.
First, I need to get rid of old results from a decade ago when googling my url. The old stuff, is the old company that went out of business 10 years ago or more. I was the last hired, first let go as they went down & first to claim the name. Still got the original shirt...
Second, I need massive trafffic increase.
Third, i certainly could use fancy ideas on finishing my site. Like my horrible display of ads in footer... for example
Yes... please excuse my work in progress for a site, it is far better than it was. Also I am rebuilding & expanding from scratch locally. Anything goes at this point, just trying to get it done. I am also on a tight budget until this site generates income.

You should still get skype. There is a text interface there that allows you to keep a running conversation going, (great for CYA and referring back to) and many IMers use it.
