Google will let me rank that adult link?

The adult link itself? No..
They cannot rank something that has a rotating landing page or no content on it at all.
 
It all depends on the type of website.but in many cause most of adult sites will buy links or trade links ,because there is almost no other way for them to get popular at start.Adults Sites SEo is the most broken industry

Sorry thats just how it is. What you can do is this :

You buy hosting and domain, you make good looking landing page with a little bit of content on it and drop the smartlink in a CTA Button, something like "Click here to find out more" or "Click here to see the pictures"

Then you can rank the landing page itself
