Selling a shopify store on flippa?

flippa works but no matter how good your deception is soon as the deceived figures out what happened is a good way to lose the gain you've made.

Why not just do it legitimately?

This is the problem with flippa is guys like this. I dont know why anyone would buy a site without logging in first hand and verifying the income. And I dont know why people use escrow. It is a terrible way to pay. I sell a lot of higher end sites on flippa that I will build and get going good and sell them and all the buyers want to use escrow but the problem is guys like this. You buy a site and he transfers it and then the escrow is release and in a few days you realize it is not really making money. Then what, you cant dispute and escrow when it has been released and since it is a bank wire there is nothing you can do.

Use paypal and make the seller put his terms in the invoice so if something goes wrong you can dispute it

I know this is an old post but this is exactly what is wrong with auction sites like flippa.
