Scraping Content for blog

So I wrote my own blog from scratch in react and node, I made 5 blogs all different niches and domains.

So now my main goal here is getting content on the blogs and than traffic/ranking on google. So I am thinking of trying to stream lining this content process by scraping the data for the niches of similar websites and reposting it in my blog.

So I am curious will this hurt or help google rankings? (or is considered spammy? (eg scraper site)

Also if I choose to do adsense will this get me banned?

and the last question is if this doesnt ban me from my affiliates what are some other issues I might face.

If your content is word for word then Google will know. You can try to spin articles but even then you could still be found out. You want unique content for good Google rankings.
