Scrapebox is a useless Software

Like every other software, it is susceptible to corruption or cache issues. How powerful is your computer otherwise?

Over a decade old software, being used by almost every serious IM out there isn't just useless. Try debugging a bit maybe?

You're a clown OP. I've been using it for many years and never had issues with it.

It’s also advisable to run Scrapebox from a VPS with a decent set of proxies. Even if you don’t have the funds for private proxies, Scrapebox has a built in proxy scraper that works very well.

There are several FREE proxy source threads listed on the forum as well.

Do you understand the problem? Probably not. And even screenshots with dates in them showing you the product works won’t change your mind, because it’s very clear you are harassing scrapebox support trying to get a refund over $57.

Comparing those top notch, very expensive softwares to scrapebox which has a lifetime license for $57 is a logical fallacy, Dr. Phil. You can’t compare them to SB simply because of the large teams behind them and steep cost.

If you don’t like scrapebox there are other scraping solutions out there. The one I have in mind costs $299 to get in with a fee every 6 months to continue getting updates. If you want to pay a bunch of money to satisfy yourself, there’s options out there.

If you want to scrape the web cheaply, learn to use scrapebox properly.

It’s really as simple as that.

You mentioned another member was having logical fallacies. I’m just pointing out the obvious here in this thread about you at this point.

After all, I already showed you the product works and even told you there’s other options. I’m going to assume that anyone who doesn’t join in on bashing scrapebox is “not helpful” and “unproductive” to you? Since my posts have absolutely been helpful. My posts just aren’t what you want to be posted.
 
Scrapebox is probably the most usefull SEO SOFTWARE out there ..and it is for many years . I have it since it first appeared many years ago and is still doing a great job for me. Has alot of plugins and different functions that make everything easier.

Likewise, you have not provided any required information for anyone to provide a solution for you. Your intent is very clear. Complain, bash, and gaslight until you get your $57 refund.

You either are using some kind of unsupported hardware, or you have too many threads. SB is a bit of a pain to use in terms of the UX. But it works totally fine when you get hold of the settings and the menus etc. I just wish it was supported in m1 mac so that I could use it more often.

I dont give a hoot even if you have used the software for 1000 years.

The problem now is the software become unresponsive many times on my computer and their customer service is rude as hell.

Im creating this thread to hold them accountable and ensure they provide a proper solution instead of the "f you, thats none of our problem" type of reply by their unprofessional customer service.

And there it is. The admittance of the intent to harass scrapebox support. Doesn’t care if people here know how to use the tool. Doesn’t want that information. Does not want to be productive. Is only interested in the refund that won’t be received.

If I want to ask for refund, I would have done it when I contacted their rude customer support agent.

I want the owners to come up with a solution here, deal with the issue properly and at least apologize for being rude.
 
I agree, some cheap 20 $ chrome extension can scrape the web way faster and better than scrapebox.

This is not scrapebox support and the OP is pushing the toxic button early and often.
