It's been more than 40 days and there is no refund.

First the the metrics shared on BST image are inaccurate and not even close to what OP advertised.
And second, It's been 4 months only 2 links are indexed in Google search.
Third, the network is full of SPAM.
And now he is not even responding to my messages.

And you guys can see for last 4 months he is making the same excuse
I am wondering how he is even alive with such a serious health issue.
Why not simply refund and stop taking order?

His first reply after receiving the report:

His reply to my message - where he asked for 48 hours
5 days without any reply
His reply to my message
This is where I wish him best wishes and he promised me to refund till 30th of September (2019)
Now you can see there was no refund.
Also he ignored me for 3 days and after 3 days his reply.
Also point to be noted he was regularly getting online all this time and still ignored my message but anyhow he asked for few more days to issue refund.
Now Tuesday (Oct 8, 2019) - No refund no response
Again he asked for 1 more day and my reply
After 3 days I received a unique kind of excure
However, the email he shared was fake - there's no paypal account on that email. I also make a post here.
Now this guy is completely ignoring me
Also he is conducting business on Facebook. I reach out to his page on Facebook, and ask if they are offering SEO service and you can see how quickly I received reply.
As you see this guy is taking orders on his website and through other platforms.
