We have ran campaigns to over a thousand users without any issues. It becomes an issue when a user is sent messages they are not expecting or repeatedly spammed.

For example, if you plan to send users a message when they comment on a post, make sure they are already aware of that prior to commenting for best results.

Flows are not created the same in Robot Chat Messenger Bot as they are in Manychat. It is important to also note that a service like Manychat charges per Facebook page connected. That means each Facebook page is treated as a separate account and subscription, which adds up fast. Robot Chat Messenger Bot allows for unlimited Facebook pages that you manage under your account. We do not have an integration with Zapier at this time.

I already knew all that about CB as i am using it at the time, but i see it is more a FB promotion tool then it is a real chatbot.
