Revenue Share Instagram Automation Platform [E-Commerce]

Has anyone heard of an Instagram automation platform that works through revenue share instead of a monthly cost?

For instance, Carl Parnell from https://www.facebook.com/groups/dropshippingwithoutads/ claims he has an Instagram automation platform (might be invite only), which takes 25% of revenue from a sale, instead of a typical monthly rate.

Have you heard of such a platform?

Or, does anyone have guides, threads, suggestions for the following flow:

Pick Target Hashtag -> Automation Comments on Hashtag (Prompting user to contact / DM them) -> User Responds via DM -> DM initiates auto-chat sequence (Eventually sending link to your e-com store, possibly with discount code) -> Drives traffic to store

I have personally never heard of that but that sounds like a huge money grab by a guru coach concept type of thing.

Damn, I was looking for that video above, which I think is the tutorial by the bot software owner. I looked at it a couple months ago after seeing Carl's video but now it's private. Really sucks because I was even going to download it to watch later incase it got deleted and now I missed my chance lol. If anyone has that video saved hmu please.
