Researched Human Written Content improved with AI! Is it Worth Publishing???

Today, I am starting work on my first large project, and during my audit I have found a large number of errors related to the content.

This includes:

1. Grammatical Issues
2. Structure Issues
3. Lack of Native tone.

What I am planning to do is fix all these errors and improvise the content with the help of Grammarly's Generative AI Improvisation. However, online tools like copyleaks, zerogpt state that the content is AI Content. That is why I am unsure Whether this is the right approach. The project is a long term project, so i need suggestion for the same.

Also, the website has over 400 pages of written content, so it would be hard to rewrite almost all the content, so unsure about how to create a better content strategy.

Many claim that AI Content can be used if it is helpful, but many state that AI Content should not be used at all, so confused on the steps...

That is the problem, That's why I am not able to understand anything. And not even me I believe same problem is with many.
