Rankerx it doesn't work well for me

Hello

I have a problem with this program.
All edu + gov tier 1 and 2 links do it like this

It redirects them, I want them profile type.
Before I bought edu links, they were all profile type, I don't understand why with Rankerx the links are redirects.
What am I doing wrong, can someone help me?

they've probably run out of edu and govs to easily spam, and so have gone on to selling useless redirects

all edu/gov links, redirects, that program is very bad, a disappointment
