Question about partnering with BHW

So, I’m interested in the BHW partnership and I’m looking to hear about other’s experience with them.

Also had a few question about the partnership would be great if you could answer them:

1. Does BHW do development work for equity?
2. Will BHW partner with a legal entity (LLC, IBC, etc...)?
3. Will BHW JV with a concept that is legal, but needs a special type of offshore entity to avoid lawsuits?
