problem with payoneer

payoneer support told me you should receive around 5 payments (more then 70$ each) in your payoneer account. then you can send money from your payoneer account to another payoneer account.
but i want to be able use my money now what can i do?

It's just that you can't send it to another account until certain "trust score" is reached. The same is true, if you try to load money into the account using a credit card. You need to receive a few payments from companies, that's when private loading becomes available.

It wasn't enabled by default. Needed to receive a few payments before it got enabled. So i'm not entirely sure, whether it was discontinued entirely or i just don't meet the criteria anymore, so the feature is not there for me.
