Problem with Jarvee, Customer Support is no help....

So I've been using Followliker for all my accounts and many clients, with the regular issues that anyone using FL would face. However, I've noticed that the followback ratios and engagement has been slipping, and I learned that Jarvee shows statistics that allow you to optimize the follow sources.

I tried bringing one of my accounts to Jarvee to test, and imported all the names from the "followings" tab so that Jarvee would unfollow only the users that FL followed, leaving my actual "following" untouched. Also, set the minimum days to wait before unfollowing as 0.05 days so that the time wouldn't be an issue

However, it's saying that the account has no more users to unfollow at the moment, and when I go to the follow results page, it says that all the accounts have been unfollowed (which isn't the case here).

Can anyone experienced with Jarvee give me some help here? Really want to switch over, but this is killing me.

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same exact problem.

try whitelisting all the followers that you want to keep, and check the option to unfollow people which were followed outside of Javee

Sometimes it's helpful to tag the seller into these types of threads so then can answer directly, @Stiletto might not even have noticed this thread.
