Problem w/ Wordpress installations in subdirectories.. pls help?

sorry for being noob but here's my question..

So I recently bought a new domain from GoDaddy and have set up the name servers. My hosting is with FatCow, I already have a wordpress site on the root, so I installed another wordpress on a sub directory and have set up the domain pointers to point at this sub directory.

The problem is when I enter my domain name, I do get to my site, but when I navigate through my site, the path names do not contain my domain name, they are w/ my hosting.

For example, this is where I installed wp: root/mysite/nba (my file directories on server)
This is my domain name: mynba.com

When I navigate through my site, for exmple i go to about me page
mynba/about-me(this is what I want)
mysite/nba/about-me(this is what happens)

What theme are you using?

it's bluesense, also tested the default wp theme but same results, I think it has something to do w/ the domain and hosting settings, but can't figure it out..

That is because you installed your WP from mysite/nba not from mynba so when you access mynba/about-me WP redirects you to mysite/nba/about-me

What you have to do is login to WP go to general settings and change WordPress address (URL) and Blog address (URL) to http://www.mynba.com or whatever your site is..

And, I learned that WP 'trick' through experience.. coz that happened to me once.. so..

that is not tutorial material.. coz it can be summerized in 1 sentence...:
you just create a sub directory, extract WP zip in it, go to yourmaindomain.com/subdirectory and install WP there.. thats it.
