Hi talented developers

I am looking to hire someone to do the following job for my website ASAP. My budget is not big for this job but we can make a deal.

Job description: I want to make one page designed and integrated with Instagram API to fetch and update hash tags on this page. tags should be categorized for Exp: Fashion, Art, countries....etc. Also this page should be responsive for all screen resolution.

I have built one version last year and its working fine, but i want to make something new and unique.

If you feel like you can do this job with all requirements listed above, Please ONLY post here on this thread what your able to do with your offer.

Well to be honest its not far away from my budget but yes my budget was around $80
Anyway you will make good design too to this page and to be responsive also?

If yes i will create API secret and PM you with details so we can process the job
