I need this software but before I make the purchase, I do have the below questions for you
  1. What resolution are the images downloaded on Pexels, Pixabay, Pinterest and Instagram
  2. How about the video quality on the video

Hello, all images are downloaded in biggest available size. That goes for Instagram videos as well.
 
That means the size it is originally uploaded? Pexels and Pixabay has images resolution with 5000px +. Does this mean your software downloads images with 5000px+?

Yes, it goes for the biggest image that it can find.
