This morning I saw that my accounts are stuck on a login loop with the bot. It says "retrying login in 100 seconds", attempts to login and then goes back to counting down again. The history log says "when requesting an url, the request timed out" What is this and how do I fix it?

Hello , I found a problem using your software.
When I Scraped using followers of an account.
The system keep sending same DM/ keep comment to the SAME USER.

more to add, I use proxies but I believe they have been working just fine. I removed the proxies from all accounts but the issue still continued. I've also switched them around with new ones, taken them off and put them back on, restarted the software and restarted my pc and am still having this issue

you need to verify the accounts with the applicatin not the browser.
right lcick on the account "verify account"

Yep, i do it from right click ---> verify --> verify 1 email --> i put the code from the email.

But when i retry to start the account, again supsicious activity...

Does anyone know why gmt2 gets stuck on scraping users? Its been like this for over 20 minutes and it doesn't seem to be working.

what are you mean with retry to start the account.
when you are type the code from the mail and click ok then the account should auto login and you should see "Done" in the Column Status.

My bot worked for weeks now, but suddenly it is stuck in "Syncing details". And the other account is stuck as "idle". Please somebody help me to fix this soon.

Contact support with your error log.

This usually means there is a connection issue, like a firewall blocking the bot or proxy not working.

You need to enable blacklists and add interacted users to the blacklist.

Let your account rest for a while. I would let it rest for a week and then try again.

In the settings -> amount to post per day, i tried 3 to 3, 1 to 1. in 3 to 3 the bot posts 3 in the same time and in 1 to 1 it posts 1 time i the whole day ... what's the right setting? and can you tell me how reliable the best time to post and engagement analytics are ? which one to use ?

It is saying "Scraping items" most of the time and not following the amount of users that is set in the follow module.
I run only 15 accounts. My PC and internet connection are very fast.

Hello,

I have a problem with your tool. It worked almost perfectly for the first week or so, and now when I try to open the bot nothing happens. Nothing at all it won't open the tool. I would try to reinstall, but I don't want to lose all my settings and scheduled posts.

What should I do? I'm using it on windows 10 (my personal PC).

I have exactly the same problem. It was working lie a charm for the past months, but for the last few days I have only "Syncing details" and "idle" messages and nothing happens.
