Sad to say but the provider don't promote him self on forums or google. He has selected a few "trusted" people to sell his service, thus the reason why you will never find the real one. These people are the resellers with smm panel from bhw. If the main provider has set the lowest rate at 0.4$ per 1000 views, then resellers will set it between 0.6 and 0.8$. The provider has failed to give cheap views because of youtube however as you can see, 100% and i mean 100% from the 10 or more smm panels that are promoted in bhw and other forums have 95% same services (and the prices has increased in the same time to everyone, which means noone from bhw or other forums is capable of supplying youtube views but only reselling).
You will probably need to own a ISP company to be able to supply services like this (i would say more but i keep it secret).
The funny thing about these "resellers" ,is that they are trying to give you "so called reseller prices" so basically if you want to promote on seoclerk/fiver and etc, you will be the reseller of a reseller.
If the main provider price is at 0.4$ per 1000 views right now then bhw resellers have their price at 0.70 being the cheapest right now at this very moment (and the best reseller price they can give you on huge deposits is probably around 0.55 or 0.6$)
Sad but true... We will never find the real provider because the provider don't want to advertise him self, thus the reason why you can not find cheap panel at the moment no matter how DEEP you search in google (since i did that my self, i opened all smm panels that exist in google and forums, i even searched on other side of web and still no info about the provider).
Either way, the provider has succesfully killed these resellers business with these x5 inflated prices. So don't believe anything because everything is a lie (if resellers claim that servers are overload or they are doing fine, they are obviously lying since the competition pm yt has decreased a lot and is very visible (very few people buy youtube views right now).
Too bad i started youtube game too late, just when the views got patched. I was ready to spend few thousands in hundreds of videos but sadly with these x5-6 prices, i would spend grands not few thousand (the investition no longer worth for the same quality or lower)
