I bought it now, from my partner Sudeshna's Paypal - both EasyTube and Tester. Shall set up later in the day (we are from India), and get back to you if we face issues.
For the Tester, I only see a Google login on your page. So I made a mistake there - I gave my personal gmail ID there instead of giving an ID that I would want to test with. I didn't realize it. So then I changed to a different ID - one that I want to test with. I hope that's fine?

1 - Trust level B is also good, I have 2 accounts that are trust level A and they have a lot of videos and aged, but you can rank super easy keywords even you trust level is B, you can get trust level B even you have new youtube channel, but the gmail that connected have to be little aged, like 3-5 months. and also even if you have new gmail and new youtube channel and get trust level C, if you be active in that gmail and upload some videos, your trust level will be B.
