Hello! I noticed that the new $0.8 Instagram 30 Days Auto Refill pack isn't working well. I have waited for more than 48h and i haven't got any refills, neither on the old orders ($0.65) nor on the new orders ($0.8)

My orders 2683749, 2684388 and 2684404 have been completed and less than 24 hours later ALL followers bought disappeared from the Instagram account. I opened a ticket and was told by "BOND" that no refill is provided on this service, however, I never asked for a refill. I didn't lose only 10 or 20% of the followers. I lost ALL of them. Everything that I bought! So the followers haven't dropped, they have been removed. Please refund this order or deliver it!

To all those who are thinking to avail services of this panel, beware. I am consciously shifting to other panels after spending more than $50 with these guys.

1. Bond, the support agent is extremely rude. He copy-pastes answers before even reading what the support ticket says.
2. It has been more than 4 days since i experienced drop in one of their services (Instagram Followers [40K] [HQ - 0-1H START - 5-10K PER DAY - NON DROP -LIFETIME REFILL] [20K x 2] ♻) and all they ask me is to wait. I have lost tons of clients because of such shitty services. Order ID: 2580750
3. I have experienced drops in almost all of my orders for this service: Instagram Followers [20K] [REAL - 0-1H START - 20K PER DAY - 30 DAYS AUTO REFILL] [USERNAME ONLY] - it has been more than 3 days that i have experienced the drop and opened a ticket (Ticket ID: 19874) but they keep asking me to wait and i haven't seen a single refill for these orders.

1. I will try and see what we can improve on here. I don't think that he wants to be rude but we have to deal with many tickets everyday so to increase speed, we do reply minimal answer, but you have to consider the answer. Everytime we make an action when a user send a ticket. If we say we have sent for fix, this is because we are waiting for provider to start the refill for example
2. Order has been refilled as mentioned in the ticket.
3. This service is down right now but when it's back agian, all orders will get refilled automaticly
4. Can you send the order number so we can have a look?
5. We do own some services as you seems to not know. We do refund orders when they have been stuck for 3 days witout progress
