Also, I am from India and I observed that if seller have created GMAIL account from different country and I access any of them from my Indian IP, Google starts asking for Phone verification.

If you are accessing multiple accounts from same IP don't expect things to run smoothly.

I would doubt that, since we are online each day and all inquiries are dealt with on a daily basis. There are fake accounts on Skype who impersonate us, maybe you are adding them?

That is correct, though using sim cards may be quite expensive. There are few online services that can offer you pay per sms - you pay xx cents for each sms received.
