Upcoming update
A new support ticket category is available to clients for suggestions. These tickets will not be answered, but the suggestions will be considered for the upcoming major update. More information about the features planned will be posted later, but the update is focused around making it easier to scale commenting & upvoting speeds, and reintroducing browser-based commenting.

Multi-Channel Support
This has come up several times recently due to a lot of people moving to the comment blaster for fast upvoting. We've always recommended single-channel accounts, but if you end up deciding to use multi-channel accounts, know that you'll need to make the # of threads for the task lower or equal to the # of accounts. This is because switching the channel for an account will invalidate previous channel selections on other threads (which will then cause a 403 error). Simply put, if you want hundreds/thousands of upvotes per minute, you won't be able to achieve it with a small # of multi-channel accounts.

Private Upvote Panel
Since people keep asking, I'll provide an update here. First of all, it is not already available. Secondly, though the date hasn't been confirmed, we're looking into launching it near the end of this month or the beginning of the next. We will send out an e-mail when it is available. The e-mail will include pricing, availability, and requirements to purchase. Also, it will not be available to new clients.
