Thanks, I PM'd you the code. We don't supply a list of known FB IP's as they change often and from country to country. For us to maintain a list like that would be next to impossible and if we missed an IP out and a user was caught using the plugin because of that they'd hold us responsible. As far as I know there are no known issues with bluehost. The main issue is the PHP version used by the web hosting company needing updating which is simple enough.

The solution to this is given in the PDF help guide that came with the plugin. It's easy enough to fix and only happens on some web hostings. In the Jackers Geo settings where you can enter country codes for the Jacker to ignore traffic from, just enter the country code of AF in to one of the boxes and make sure that you don't have any other empty boxes open in the geo targeting setting.

ok that removed that problem.. but i am still not geting any likes... all my traffic is coming from facebook ads.. yet no likes on my page
i have set daily limit to 0
i have set time interval of whole day 00:00 - 23:59
i have said 1 to that all visitors or whtever it was to get all visitors likes
made modal box...
i sent like 40-50 clicks from facebook ads
check that got traffic via analytics
no increase in likes .. only 1 like in all 40-50 users
just wondering..
is there any refund policy? as i dont read it anywhere

In the welcome email that you received, the one that contained your DL link and license key, there is the email address for the support desk that deals with all after sales support. Support isn't provided in this thread because often we need you to provide us with information that cannot be given in a public thread like this one.
If you need assistance in setting up the plugin or configuring the settings please contact our dedicated customer support team at [email protected] and they will help you with everything. Support issues are not dealt with on a one to one basis on this thread.
On a side note:
1) If you want the Jacker to be active 24 hours a day please don't put in any time setting restrictions as they are not needed in that instance.
2) If you are using the Jacker on a site where you're sending traffic to from FB ads was the jacker active before your ads were approved?
I see that you have just bought the plugin so this is your first time using it. Did you watch the user video guide? I assume you didn't read the PDF user guide first otherwise you'd have seen the solution to the first problem you mentioned. It is very important that you watch the user video guide before using the Jacker as there is help and advice in the video that can help you.
