I second that. I mean how hard it is for anyone (facebook) to check source of a page and search for "like+jacking+ninja".
At least rename php files to "unicorns".
Other than that, here's my review for a purchase of this plugin.
Works just as described. I've acquired more than 1000 likes so far and plugin works flawlessly. I get about 1% of visitors jacked (which I find a bit low, but nevertheless).
It's a great plugin.
The problem might arise if users reports your page often as a result of unwanted likes.

If we rename it to a static name as soon as FB pick up on that then they'll have the foot print needed to find more sites using the plugin so we're working on a better solution which removes the footprint altogether and expect to roll this out in an update very soon. All customers get free updates for life.
Thanks for your review of the plugin and that's 1,000 extra Likes for your page then thanks to the Like Jacker - that's great to hear.
If users follow our advice in the user guide, and in this thread, about using the Jacker to avoid appearing on the radar of the FB police then it minimizes the chance of being caught using the plugin. But this is a Black Hat tool, we make no secret of that, and as with any BH tool it always carries a risk with it.
It's just that with the Like Jacker we're improving it to make that risk incredibly tiny
