Yes it's not possible. It may be the case that some User ID's are some random Tweet ID's because they are both incrementing numbers but your favorites will either 404 or be totally random tweets.

Where can i scrape tweet IDs from users followers?
When i scrape user's followers the results are only user IDs and usernames.
