Just wanted to make a follow-up review.

This service is brilliant. Yesterday I've gotten in touch with support and suggested an improvement within the system. This morning I woke up to a message notifying me that the suggestion I made has been added to the system.

We all know this software is what you need, however I really want to say that their support is outstanding. I value support a lot and my answers always get answered within minutes with SPP. They value your opinion and will go an extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.

pricing is a little steep. I'd like to see a free trial option. I'll give it a try, I've been looking for something that's clean and streamlined

Are there any features that allow you to track your client's SEO across multiple platforms?

Service Provider Pro is a must have software for service providers. Previously I was doing everything manually, taking orders and sending them to my employees, collecting report from employees and delivering to clients. Which was killing a lot of time and efficiency was going down. When I started using Service Provider Pro, everything went to automation. Client places order and details directly goes to my employee's hand, he completes assignments and delivers to the client. It increased the efficiency and saved unusual wastage of time.

Besides this, now I can allow my clients to promote my services as an affiliate. I can see sales report in a graphical view which made things easier.

I must add that, Chris is very helpful, every time I need any support he provides that immediately. Even I requested for a new feature and he immediately provided me an alternative way to fulfill my requirement. I am extremely satisfied on his service.

Thanks for this review. I was looking into getting something like this too! It lets you track which clients refer which other new clients through there? Like a custom link of some sort that referrals go through? Or how exactly?

There aren't any SEO features built into SPP but it does integrate with rank tracking software so you can show reports in the client panel.

If you turn on the affiliate module users will be able to get unique referral links in the client panel. You can track the sales from these links and set commissions too.

Some people have asked about discounts on the server license and yes, you can still get 30% off as a BHW member. It's not on the main pricing page though so you'll have to click the "Server" link in the footer.
 
I have been using this client panel since last 1 year and thought I should write a review. I have been using the SPP cloud.

TBH this has been a lifesaver. I have started saving at least 20-30% of my time in Office since lot of time I used to spend in managing the projects are now being done by SPP. This is a boon for those who have work from home staff, as SPP notification system is one of its kind. Customers / Staff can reply to the email and it gets posted to the client dashboard and everyone gets notified.

Clutter is less and admin panel is less confusing as they have a module system which can activate each functionality instead of having everything and creates hell of a lot of irritants, I have seen and used many such project management panels.

The support is awesome. Both of them are quite responsive and fast to reply to mails. Suggestions and feedback are implemented at lightning speed.

If you ask me, this is the only real client panel made by keeping SEO in mind, PERIOD!

Chris, you should put back the free trial sign up as that will definitely hook up the guys who signed up.

Oh BTW, some of my clients love this dashboard and there are mentions of it in many posts in my service thread in signature.
