Two quick updates for anyone interested:

1. We're raising prices on January 15th (for new licenses).
2. SPP now supports custom tax rules. It's on the cloud plans right now, however there will be an update for self-hosted users by the end of January.

Been using this for a while now for some of my bigger services and it works a charm. Above all, Chris is extremely helpful and he usually gets back to me really quickly whenever I have issues or doubts. That + a quality product = win!

Hey Chris, just stopped by to say thanks.
SPP is truly amazing.

Helping me a lot to stay in touch with all our clients.
It's fast, reliable and very useful.

We used many other platforms, wufoo also but nothing was that good like SPP.

We bought lifetime license (for only $299) and got hosted on our own account.
The best thing is our own link for backend, client panel, payment gateway etc.

People usually paying a fortune for something like this.

Chris, thanks a lot man, you're very helpful and almost all the time available to chat and solve our tech problems.

I really hope you'll change your mind so we can start working together on some big projects

in Service Provider Pro, order form doesn't allow to add any attachment option. Customers wants to add article, image etc. Chris, do you don't think there should have an attachment option ?

Service Provider Pro is a must have software for service providers. Previously I was doing everything manually, taking orders and sending them to my employees, collecting report from employees and delivering to clients. Which was killing a lot of time and efficiency was going down. When I started using Service Provider Pro, everything went to automation. Client places order and details directly goes to my employee's hand, he completes assignments and delivers to the client. It increased the efficiency and saved unusual wastage of time.

Besides this, now I can allow my clients to promote my services as an affiliate. I can see sales report in a graphical view which made things easier.

I must add that, Chris is very helpful, every time I need any support he provides that immediately. Even I requested for a new feature and he immediately provided me an alternative way to fulfill my requirement. I am extremely satisfied on his service.

Highly Recommended SPP for service providers.

We already support EU VAT (and VAT# verification). Although unlike digital products, services should have a fixed VAT depending on your home country. You can set it up either way in SPP.

Thanks for checking out SPP. There's a template editor, which lets you edit the client-facing templates, menus etc. Right now it's available on SPP Cloud, and for SPP Server we'll be including it in this month's update.
