I did received the followers paid for, but in like one hour. The page said 1 to 2 days. This account only had 550, then in one hour it had 500 more. That's very dangerous. I wont be happy if it gets banned.

Review...I started with +19k views, ended up with +25k, so OP overdelivered by 1k. This is a long video, nearly 10 min, and it is very clear in analytics that these were high retention views, which is impressive. In fact, it more than doubled my average time watched per visitor.

As someone else stated, I'm seeing most traffic coming from France, followed by the USA, so it would be interesting to try this on a video trying to rank in .fr.
