I purchased 12 level 4 servers and so far is being the worst experience ever. Servers are slow as hell. They reboot themselves for no reason. I can't reboot from control panel. I can't even login to my control area with the info they provided as one can see here http://screencast.com/t/VxveWK9uauOu. Support takes forever to respond back and when they do they don't reply back with a real solution. I hope they get their game straight because I want to be a customer for a long time but so far it looks like I will not last 1 week if they don't start providing some real support and stop overselling the box.

Yes, to both of your questions. You can register on a quaterly basis to have even a greater discount and you can also pay with credit card (without paypal account)

UPDATE: After the issues they have taken the time to help me a lot. It has taken a long time to get matters resolved but I recon that my configurations are not the usual configurations most people have. Support have being very responsive and have invested a great deal of time working on my servers to get them to work properly for what I do. Thansk a lot for the help and I plan to be with you guys for a long time.
