I got a level 4, but unfortunately, rdp is killing it and I have to close the account I guess.
Form Asia, its almost impossible to work on the vps, even I have here a 20mbps home connections.
The server itself is good, thats not the problem, but location is definitely a headache.

yes, you can use your linux VPS as a VPN. You would have all required access to do the necessary (enable pptp and tun/tap through your control panel).
You can choose the OS you want as well to make it happen.

Could you please elaborate what you meant by hacking website. It greatly depends on the kind of content you intend to host.
Educational (ethical) hacking is allowed, and CPA related websites as well, but nasty hacking related and phishing aren't allowed.

So, whats up? The server is just not accessible properly via RDP.
The server's bandwidth is fine, just RDP is bad.
For example, when opening a website in a browser, if build the screen little by little, like i would use a 14400 baud modem.
I asked for termination of the vps, but might still give it a try if you will be able to fix the RDP issues.

It has been successfully configured as mentionned on skype. I hope your user experience is as good as we intend to. As of the delay, there is a 24 hours maximum delay for website transfer / VPS configuration. If we exceed this delay, we delay the invoicing period accordingly.

The OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition. It is one the most optimized OS for a VPS. There are some virtualization drivers we set upon installation which are reducing the ressources usage at start up.
