I have no idea. This has hit all of us hard. I am in the process of refunding everybody.

I have been and will be refunding everyone who got affected. Its a painful process as there are quite a few clients and 100s of orders to sift through.

I do apologize for this, trust me... this is the last thing I would have wanted my clients to go through.

The Regular and Country Targeted views along with all the other ratings such as likes, comments, etc are working fine again. It's just retention views that are still "broken".

Yeah there is nobody in the industry that I know of that can deliver retention views at the moment. It will take some time, but should be fixed.

Most of the orders received about 80% of the views. The rest I am refunding as fast as I can. Again, apologies for the delay.

This seems weird. I bought 5k FB views, All my views have cone in now, but only on the videos page. If I click on analytics, it still shows the same view count it had before the 5k I bought.

This may be due to YouTube taking a while to update all the stats.

Just give it some time. Should update soon.

Hi,

You are welcome.

Generally splits are only allowed for 100k or more orders otherwise it becomes a nightmare to manage and I loose on revenue.

There are options for 5,000 views on my order page though.

This is an awesome service and i don't know what i'd do without it, i got x5 the views i ordered twice, and the delivery was very fast.

I have a question and i'm wondering that if i buy 250K mobile retention views, will it be possible to deliver them slowly, for example 10k views a day, instead of just 250K coming up in 1 day and then nothing else.
