Just checked and its been completed. Your views count started on 314 before the order mate. Now over 7000.

OK man you're right the count started at 314.I was confused because i give some views from other sources but it's ok now.

Someone explain to me the high retention views as opposed to the regular views, definitely interested in a view service for my youtube channel.

The difference is that with regular views only about 30sec of the video is watched, just enough to increase the counter whereas with high retention views about 80 - 100% of the video is watched. This to YouTube looks like its a popular video and so they "reward" you with ranking the video better.

Be aware though that most suppliers only does retention of about 80 - 100% of around 1 - 2 minutes of the video whereas we do 80 - 100% of the entire video regardless of the length.

Now, you need to take into consideration that ranking videos in both Google as well as YouTube takes a few different things such as views, likes, comments, etc.
