Has anyone seen direct rise in serps after using these services if so pm me and ill buy this service

Well, I have used his services a number of times and can say that the links show up as backlinks in yahoo site explorer.

However, if you intend to dominate the serps with directory submissions, then I am sorry to say but you are mistaken. Directory submissions cant get you to the top.

Directory submissions are just another way of building white hat links to your site and therefore should be used in the same manner.(It isn't XRummer after all)

Hope this clarifies the situation a bit.
