I bought the 12$ pack and also confirmed all the submission but still i can't see my site listed! And i randomly checked a site and it was closed a long time ago! If it is manual then why he didn't told me!

I ordered two days ago and my submissions are done.
I already received the first part of the confirmation emails (automatic ones I guess).
I asked for a 600 directory submission, one got rejected. I'll give a complete review when the other submissions will be validated.
Btw how long does it take usually to get indexed in Dmoz? Is it even possible?

It can take quite a while depending on how good your site is. My most recent one I got accepted 3 weeks after I submitted. You have to make sure you site has some good quality content and perfectly fits the specific section. I would personally go and look at dmoz and find the best section possible and submit it yourself. The more specific the more likely you are going to get accepted.

How long does it take to get the validations? Because I got only 2 mails of validation from 600 submissions that were done the 8 of January.
Is it normal that after 10 days we don't see anything showing up?
