I just wanted to post a quick thank you to Mikey - I was having issues with a new install of Captcha Sniper, and couldn't get it working on my own. He took a look at my screen on skype, had me change a couple of things, and I was back in business.

Probably the best customer service I've ever gotten for any software/IM tool - I'm used to waiting for days for replies to email support questions.

The software works great for what I am using it for, by the way (AMR).

I' ve got a question regarding Captcha Sniper and RankTracker (SEO PowerSuite). Is there any solution to solve my RankTracker Captchas with Captcha Sniper?

We are checking ranks via Google Germany. As far as I know most of the Captchas are Re-Captchas.
We use ScrapeBox, too. So we could use CS not only with RankTracker.

But in the long run it would be nice to solve Re-Captchas with CS. At the moment we would have to use link-assistant's anti-captcha service, which is much more expensive than other services like dbc.

I use AVG and somehow from today AVG is detecting CS as virus. I put CS in exception but still detecting as virus and when I try to use CS its said I have no permission to access the file.

how can I fix this issue?

hmmm....... we had issues like these before with karspersky but we managed to remove it from the blacklist. PLease send me your skype id's via PM and I would have a look. Normally, this issue should be fixed once it is added to the exception list. Please try to add the entire Captcha Sniper folder to the exception list and see if the problem persists.

It would normally be easy to identify the sites using it. Just click one of the images and see what heigh and width they are. Then go to Google Image search, on the left sidebar enter exact size as per your image, and as a search term type captcha. It should come up at some point and you can follow it and see what site is generating it and furthrer mre you can identify the platform. Or you ould create an archive with all the images you have like that one which came up as unknown and email them to solveit

Thanks Andrey, I have just sent you a mail with some websites that use the captcha. I think it is bookmarking tasks in ultimate demon that generates a lot. I have 280 of these logged for the past few days so would be great to get this one on the list so at least some are solved.

CS will still show the captchas in the bar and it will also show in the status bar how many are successful

It should normally take up to 12 hrs depending on the time you bought. You should have received it by now

Which programs support trying Captcha Sniper and if it fails then trying DBC or something? I noticed my Ultimate Demon seems to be one of them but im not 100% sure. Thanks

Even thou this pops up, Captcha Sniper will still continue to solve the captchas so don't worry about it. Mike will fix this popup with the comming updates

I can see UD supports it to some degree because it has CS as one of the captcha providers. But my question is will it use CS and if it fails then use DBC ?

Yes, this is exactly what will happen in case CS fails. The tool, for example BMD, will send the next request to a service like DBC

Well, it doesn't solve only one captcha at a time, and the CSSE module makes it multithreaded al thou, it works up to 30-40 threads in host file redirect mode as well. As far as port 80 is concerned, without port 80 it won't work. It needs port 80 in order to funtcion

that is problem happening because CS is trying to change the windows hosts file, and rhe antivirus will flag that.
