been looking for days.. not sure what to look for since its process id 4.. i need more specifics// ive never had so much trouble with 1 program trying to USE port 80 like this EVER in the 15 years ive been using computers....
Why are you having trouble with identifying the process which uses up port 80?
May i recommend Currports?

This will also show you the process id which is using up port 80, it should be an easy target and kill.
