how long further before sites are back up please? Any timescale please be quick before customers file for disputes thinking i shut shop.

Unfortunately not, I need to speak to Bart to be able to give you any expected time when everything will be back up.
As soon as he's back online he'll get the messages I've left him and then I'll know.

I have to go to bed now, I'm having to double back on myself & am beginning to make too many mistakes.
The problem is being worked on and will get fixed as soon as is possible.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and can assure you that this is longest time we've ever had one of the servers down. I can assure you something like this won't be happening again as long as I'm around.

Just an idea for everyone:
Mine went down today too so I moved all my important sites over to another hosting server of mine in the meantime. Once this gets sorted out, I'll just change the nameservers back.
It's a good idea to have your files setup on another hosting server anyway in case of times like this.

That's what everybody is thinking now, I SHOULD have had a backup of any kind. Unfortunately most of us realize this when it's too late...(just like me

It's not too late to do it right now. Who knows when it will be back up and running.
Maybe I am missing something but how can I access my files if the server is unreachable ??

Hi all,
I'm back but not yet solved the issue. I wish I had better news but I haven't solved the problem yet.
I know this won't help but anyone who knows me well enough will know how badly letting you guys down affects me.
The only re-assurance I can give you at this stage is this:
1) I have not come across a problem Bart can't fix and he's never let me down, so I know this will get fixed at some point soon.
2) Neither Bart or I would ever abandon you.
3) I learn from my mistakes, no matter what happens in the future, whilst I'm managing this hosting, this same problem will not happen again. I will have a specific plan in place including the quickest way possible to move all accounts on to another server if needs be.
