BTW, it is clearly visible that you spent HUGE time in finding ONE genuine person who was ACTUALLY interested in his service & I understand you could have been checked EVERY new member here who is supporting whitegun in the process to prove that whitegun is NOT a scammer, clearly indicates that something Fishy is happening around in this thread.

I understand $500 is no pocket change and I understand your sentiments. But as with everyone else here, this is all one man show. The person gets a new gf, projects delay. The person gets many clients, projects delay. The person becomes sick, projects delay. This is expected. You are not dealing with a company and you should do your due diligence before handing out someone $500 (read: make sure you are paying through PayPal by CC and if you did not use CC, make sure you do not send it as GIFT and dispute it within 45 days if you suspect something).

Well he said that "his team will be working on everybodies sites " so it means it is not " one man show ". And yeah only new members saw actual improvement in rankings and noone received any reports. Now this guy came online yesterday but did not answer anyone or to this tread. If you run serious business will you let everyone to flame your sales tread without trying to solve the problems ? I think he already withdrew the cash and at the moment is laughing at us.

Anyone who is running a business can EASILY extract 5-10 minutes to JUST check what is happening in his thread and what his Clients feel about his absense BEYOND the expected period.
Most of the people here knows these facts but as OP SAID, it will take more than 4 months to complete the full project and he given us all EXCUSES to delay in work, there was NO REASON for anyone to dispute a charge. And FYI, there are people, whose projects were to be start AFTER about a month AFTER making the payment so disputing the transaction in 15 days period seems ridiculous.

Hello,
Clients are very important to me but family is more and currently I
have an family emergency and traveled more then 14000km to attend to
it (a family member is sick and is getting an operation).
So in this moments I care not too much about what people are talking,
the majority of people on BHW are however nobs and panic for no reason
I had it more than ones in my thread and then they where coming back
asking for sorry (after first talking a ton of crap which doesn't
helps me nor them). This costs me much nerves and that's why I will
take no more clients from BHW (never again) but I will of course
finish all the clients we currently have when I am back in office (I
thought it would be this week but I need to stay at least one extra
week maybe even 2 in Europe).
Unfortunately in this last month many many problems come together and
that's why we are late with everything and to top it all like I
already wrote in my thread I had to go for this travel because a
member of my family is getting a serious operation.
My working equipment is not with me, only a netbook, I also almost
have no access to internet (am in the hospital most of the time) and
to tell the truth my head is everywhere but not with my work (like I
told, my family is a lot more important to me).
About your project, like you know we started it and your site actually
made a good progress sofar, you moved for your primary keyword from
#18 to #8 and one of the secondary from #41 to #19.
There are some thinks only I can do so we will go on working on your
site when I am back.
We will definitively finish your site and everybodies sites, even from
the people that are talking shit and we will do our best so even them
(the ones that talk shit) will be happy with our work but that will
take some time. I however don't understand why people panic after a
couple of weeks if they took a long therm service which takes almost 5
month.
I will try today to answer some emails but I will no longer post on
BHW because fighting with people would make no sense and only kill
time I can use to answer clients emails and explain them the
situation.
P.S. If you can make me the favor please post this also on BHW because
yesterday I wanted make an update on BHW but had a very bad Internet
connection and could not even get to my thread and now because you
told there are many people talking shit I don't want spend time
arguing with them but rather spend the little free time I have to
answer as many emails as possible and send some people we onsite seo
suggestions which they already should have got last week.

i ordered the service a while back, and got 1 report, after which my ranks improved, but about a month ago, the site i ordered the service for, disappeared on all the keywords, it's nowhere to be found besides searching for the domain itself.

His response means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Most of us are still $400+ short with NO RANKING IMPROVEMENT.
Whitegun, I don't want you to do any kind of work on my website at all. You've caused enough damage as it is.
Even if it's true that his family member is sick, that has happened ONE WEEK ago. Meaning he still had 45-60 days for the work to be done on our websites, but all I have seen is SERP LOSS. Now I myself can improve these serps back in a matter of 2-3 weeks, but of course can not do this since the OP could simply take the credits for it and say that he's done this optimization.
Further, he himself said that HE HAS A TEAM working on the orders in his absence. This is NOT a ONE MAN OPERATION like some here seem to proclaim. So even if he was away, the work should still be in progress. But ALMOST NO ONE is seeing any improvement in serps. In the beginning there were some positive replies from what they appear to be real members, but all of that stopped. It does appear that he was only trying to get the momentum going and when the orders start kicking in he'd stop doing any service for anyone. Or maybe just some little xrumer blast to keep the newbies here happy seeing their ranking for "insert your six keywords longtail here" improve.
I suppose it's good to travel 14000km on OUR EXPENSE? Also as in his opinion giving us an update here on this thread is "killing time" with noobs, it's pretty clear he doesn't give a crap about his clients. Oh, and he'll stay in Europe for two more weeks and can't find a decent connection? That's like looking for SALTY WATER in an OCEAN and not being able to find it. There's a good connection in every smaller city in Europe, if he doesn't have it at home, he can travel for 30 mins in any direction and he should be able to find a decent connection.
Of course responding on an email to email basis is the proper way to go for him. He can try and calm down his clients in an one per one basis, buying himself time for whatever it is that he has in mind.

1. His response is NOTHING. Just an extention of the Excuse, nothing else.
2. I also DO NOT WANT you to work on my project ANYMORE. Allthough, you have NOT caused any damage to my rankings yet, BUT I will work on my site and DO NOT want YOU to take credit for the work which I DO for myself.
It was NEVER a one man show as he himself stated he has a Team working on our orders in his absence.
His update is like Wasting Time for people who STILL can dispute Or Chargeback the transaction & he just want to make sure that no body does it.
Thats what I was saying. If He is NOT a client, better he stays away from the matter and concentrate on his own biz.
