Seems like he just read the first couple of pages and jumped onto the last page to order (without reading the last few posts). Seems like he's in a hurry and doesn't want to leave the "Irresistible offer"
Ok I already feel scammed. Whitegun was online a few minutes ago and didn't respond to this thread or to my email. If he really had serious seo business he would at least try to explain what his problems are. He probably already has the cash in his hands and doesn't care anymore about us. I smell a crap tsunami coming this way.

I am nobody's advocate but I am a good judge of character. This guy is not a scammer.
I already mentioned that I did not like his attitude towards my requirements, so I bailed out.
During our conversation, when I mentioned my keyword, he kinda panicked. He could have just said "I can do it", take the money and run with it (if this was his intention). I especially mentioned that I am aware that I probably would see no improvements but this is a trial for a more commercial project so I want to test. He still did not want to take the job. A scammer would take it for sure.
I am positive he is overbooked and he would attend his clients. This is a difficult work.
Those who have paid with Paypal through their CCs have nothing to worry. You can dispute a transaction up to 1 year (you can dispute a transaction upto 6 months for sure wherever you are as per card companies regulations).
I had one very difficult chargeback and my bank refused it. I said "Is this final, there is nothing you can do?", she said "Yes". I said "One second", went to the teller, paid the credit card balance in full. Gave her teller's slip, my written request to cancel the card and i cut the card in half in front of her and left. Next day branch manager fedexed me a new card, did not charge me even any fees for issuing and put the dispute in motion. I had my money back after 37 days. Just be persistent, bankers are assholes. You must be bigger asshole than them and hit them where it hurts -- money!

Just to report here, I was on 18th page 7day ago, I just looked now and I'm on 8th page, I basically did nothing much just made couple comments manually so this must be WhiteGun. BTW I'm not defending WhiteGun but, I do see progress but He should defined come back here ASAP!

No Offence to anyone BUT as I said before, Positive comments about whitegun are coming MOSTLY from new members who joined in August Or after August. So, I see a big possibility that whitegun having different a/cs at BHW and making positive comments in his thread.
