I ordered about 6 weeks ago and have not heard a word from Whitegun. He has ignored my ONE and only email, so it wasn't like I was being pushy or anything.
I paid the guy 500 dollars and not a single bump in the SERPS. I would definitely be vary careful until this guy gets back.

Yeah you know after 4 months almost NO bank will help you with a chargeback in case of fraud. Standard time frame is 3 months. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.
If so many people here don't see ANY kind of serp improvements after 2 months, they have EVERY RIGHT to start shouting refund as loud as they want.
In my case the keyword even dropped 20 positions. In all this time I could have brought the keyword to page 1 myself, but as I work on many projects it's always good to outsource some work. (or not as in this case)
Seeing whitegun hang around on other forums, but not visiting this one is also a little bit weird, don't you think?

Quite true. If whitegun is appearing on other places, WHY is he NOT replying to our queries on this board which is the BIGGEST source of his SEO clients?

Please correct your facts first as OP said, EACH project would run for more than 4 months BUT he was SUPPOSED to provide Reports in 25-35 days and since lots of members here, including me have not received their reports even after almost 60 days, the suspiscion is quite obvious.
But as I said before, I Still HOPE this would NOT turn to be another BIG scam at BHW.

How many people have actually recieved reports? I'm one for being patient but its approaching day 60 now.. - i see a rise in the serps at the start and made a review then but i also have an SEO guy that works on my site all the time. I would like to think whitegun made the initial rise but there has been no movement for a good 30 days i don't see any more links to my site. I understood on 2nd month is where the work starts being shown in the SERPS.
I also paid by gift payment as trusted all the reviews here.. On day 30 i asked for the report and was told they were behind and would recieve it in next 10days which i was cool with. I have now come back on the forum and seen all these posts which is quite worrying as it looks like theres a lot of people that purchased the same time as me and still no reports when its approaching day 60. I'm not expecting mircacles and overnight domination in google but it would be cool if we could get an update on report status, the last one i had was 3-4 weeks ago now.
Im sure there is a reason for this and if whitegun got family issues then i cant blaim him for not being here. Hopefully he can give an update soon and put everyone mind at rest.

So, have you taken any steps? Filed a Chargeback Or Refund? Im damn sure, IF we've been screwed, there would be NO USE of filing claims to paypal coz He's got money in form of Gift Cards from most of us.
By the way, I did not made payment via Gift Card and it was a normal payment BUT I have crossed the max. 45 days limit so Im not sure if I still can raise a dispute with paypal.
What you guys think?

Well, dumb enough of me, I did a gift transaction too, and it was from my paypal balance, not credit card, so I have no chances of getting it back really. Wake up call I suppose. I haven't been scammed in a long time.
All we can do is to get the guys identity and pay him a little visit. This appears to be some major scam. I wouldn't be surprised if 100 members here paid him $400.
If you paid via credit card, I would chargeback as fast as possible, before you cross the time limit. Paypal (and their dispute service) won't really be of any help to you since you've bought a digital service. You automatically lose here, as they have no buyer protection in this case.

I'm not sure you could try raise a dispute but im unsure if paypal will let you. Me personally im trying to stay positive, he said he was going for 5-7 days so is only a day late being back online so i mean unless it goes to another 5-7 days and no one sees a sign then im going to worry. Just hope when he is back he can clear everything up and answer everyones questions.
As well with creditcard chargebacks im sure its up to 6months as i had a merchant account with a bank and this was the case at the time. Maybe its different for different providers.

It's different yes, you have to look up in your bank for that.
I believe you've been positive enough for a long time. Waiting for him now would just be naive (not positive) since the picture is pretty clear.
HE IS ONLINE. Just not on this board. I've seen him hang around on a different forum in the past 24 hours.
AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE HAVE NOT SEEN ANY KIND OF SERP IMPROVEMENTS IN 45-60 DAYS. Now just wait for more of them to respond. Any HALF-ASS decent SEO can improve his rankings in a matter of 2-3 weeks, we haven't seen improvements in 60 days. Does this look like he's doing any work to you?
VIRTUALLY NO ONE received any kind of report. At least from the look of this thread, no one said he received a report.
FAMILY ISSUES is one of the most common excuses. I've seen it a hundred times. When you see someone saying he's got family issues you can probably be 90% sure that the person is packing his bags.
If you paid with your CC you still have a chance. Call your bank.

Quite true. I've seen at least 3-4 SCAM cases with the same excuse
As I said above, Im Another Dumb. Paid with my paypal balance, So no different from gift cards.
