I try a Google account and was informed about a BH product with a 20% fee after contacting them through the ad. He said the account was supposed to have a spending history and be an INVOICE account.
- It took over 24 hours from the initial payment to receiving the account.
- The account is new ,and no spending history.
- The account was suspended when i received it, with the reason being "Circumventing systems policy."
- They offered to handle the appeal and assured me the account would be usable afterward, tell me still create campain and then appeal it, but they did not have a reliable appeal strategy
- When I requested a replacement, their response time did not meet the promised 7*24 hours. Replies often took more than 12 hours, and sometimes they responded halfway and then took a long time to follow up.
Further testing is ongoing. But ready to refund
