Can you please share your experience after sending your first batch of emails? Open rates, click through, etc? Is the UI friendly?

Also 2 more questions for OP:

1.) Is it possible that you provide a pre-warmed domain along with the SMTP? I'm still deciding between your service and another provider (whose name I won't share). But I'm seeing that similar services also provide pre-warmed domains which seems important if the value proposition of the service is landing in inbox.

2.) Do you provide continuous warming? Again, this is something I'm seeing with comparable services but you didn't mention anything about it in your thread so I wanted to ask.

1. We do not provide you with a domain. You should connect your own domain.

What we mentioned as pre-warmed in our advert is the SMTP which of course, is prewarmed as emails keeps sending out through them (associated with our server). So no such warmup needs to be repeated. Our own twist is that you are allowed to generate your SMTP (Unlimited number of them with all the four ports open) and use with external apps; plus many other features you'll find in your dashboard like form landing creation, setting up an automatic sequence etc.

The SMTPs are pre-warmed, using the best practice: transactional email traffic sending via the SMTP, out-of-office autoreply loop, further boosting the server IPs reputation.

2. You do not need to warm continuously. The idea of continuous warming from ESP's perspective is that you are actively sending from your domain email which technically gets associated and trusted with our SMTP over time (in the eye of your recipients' ESP). That means sending also gets better with time. This was implemented to control spam rates.

Given that, even though we didn't advertise continuous domain warming as other providers, that doesn't mean it's not there. We simply don't want to overpromise, hence we keep our ads simple about what you're getting from the service. Would rather over-deliver than overpromise as they say, talk is cheap.

other contact lists that include addresses that have not directly opted in and asked to
receive your mail are against our sending terms and additionally may not comply with
laws like the Can-Spam Act or the GDPR. Not only is your mail likely to end up in the spam
folder, but your account could get placed under review and all mail stopped completely.
If you decide to send a huge campaign to a single domain (ie Gmail, qq.com, Yahoo etc) or
you're sending to an old list (anything over 3-6 months old and your contacts have
probably forgotten about signing up to get your mail) and you’ve not warmed up your
verified sender domain then your mail is probably going to have delivery issues.
This can and likely will include your mail going to the spam folder. Use a service to verify
your list, then consider sending a confirmation of consent campaign followed by a gradual

Hello, we probably sent you an email about 48 hours ago as all tickets were being resolved. Apologies if you missed that and thanks for your order.

For SMTP
I have sent you a pm about how to get your SMTP credentials. Once you have successfully added your domain(s) and verified it in your DNS records, you can start sending cold emails. Your SMTP can be generated in your dashboard Settings and you can create unlimited number of these and assign unique permissions to each of the SMTPs if you want. I also recommend reading our user manual that was delivered to you when you ordered our service (it is a 63-page manual, which should be enough for most users to get started with their first campaign).

For automation
You have to set the flow. The flow steps are available for you to use in the Automation section of your Sender dashboard.

Note: you must have seen that you have to make use of a template. Here, automation uses templates as the email copy so you have to design at least one template as your email copy. Simply duplicate an existing template and edit it to whatever text or details.

Now for the flow, Step1 is TRIGGER, what is your first goal e.g. after some contacts are added to your x list, STEP2 delay for x minutes or days-> Step3 is Action, you probably want the automation to SEND THEM AN EMAIL about x deal or appointment or welcome email etc-> Step4, you select the template or sale copy you already have etc etc..

Please see the screenshots attached.

Once you have completed all the steps or goals you want, hit PUBLISH and that's it. You have just set up your first automated sequence.

For cold email acceptance
What you have just quoted is our Acceptable Use Policy which mods and reviewers can also attest that its link is visible in this BST before anyone places an order.

Now, about the cold email part.

In this BST, no one ever said you are not allowed to send cold emails with our system. What we are saying is simple, "when sending out cold emails, it is imperative to use common sense -> ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL LIST IS CLEAN"- I think that's not too much to ask for, just to help bring your potential bounce rates low. Imagine, does it make sense to send emails to disposable emails, get tons of bounced emails and later complain that emails didn't deliver. Of course not, it doesn't work that way.

Even though there are sections and clauses in our Acceptable Use Policy on cold email restrictions, we still have Exemptions that entirely rule out the limit for cold email if you do things properly, again that technically means sending to a clean list. Did you not read the part that says "If you're sending cold emails, please ensure that your email list is thoroughly cleaned (we recommend x list cleaner); Otherwise, the rules below would apply to you.."

I think you may have to re-understand or re-assess the difference between proper cold email and spam. Of course what you quoted from our TOS is essentially about spam, not necessarily cold email.

Cold Email =/= spam. At least not necessarily.

You are talking about services like ActiveCampaign, etc. Try those, if you get to import over 5k scraped emails successfully without them requesting for some kind of proof like ID verifications, without proving yourself or proving that they are opt-ins, plus the usual long list of survey-looking questions about your sending intent, then congratulations. Here I am available to help, we never ask for all these things 'cause I have been there and done that.

See, I shall be writing in the forum soon a detailed guide on cold email how it differs from spam, and what measures to take. What warmup means in different contexts.

EDIT: a little bit of amendment to the Acceptable Use Policy rules about cold email acceptability, since the past 24 hours.

For email list cleaning, this is not a cleaning service and we never mentioned anywhere in this BST that we will clean your email list for free. Please see the packages again and again for clarification.

However, you can use the built-in feature for removing invalid or bounced contacts from your email list by simply following the steps in the screenshots attached.

Thanks for sharing your experience. So basically this is just another one of those "email blast" services that doesn't actually allow cold email. Sure, OP says cold mailing is permitted as long as it is CAN-SPAM compliant, but that in of itself is contradictory because cold email is never technically CAN-SPAM compliant. Otherwise they'd be opted in (not cold). It's a win/win for OP because if you don't inbox he can just claim your emails were spam... not so much so for the customer.

I find a lot of these services honestly misleading. If you are going to advertise an email sender on a Blackhat marketing website and explicitly say in your FAQ's that you do allow cold email, there should be some kind of guarantee. Seems like this service is essentially MailChimp at 5x+ the cost.

If anybody has any actual inbox-focused email sender that allows cold email, my DM's will remain open.

Actually just to set the record straight, this service is legit, I am using it to send cold emails, and they are ok with it as long as you are sensible and have clean lists and do everything correctly to avoid well being spammy with your cold list. I am doing this and getting great open rates. I think they put this in there TOS because they have to appear to be 100% compliant and protect their business.
At the end of the day I am using cold lists but they are very targeted and I am doing everything else in compliance and getting great results.

Also, the OP has been helping me in DM's with all my questions. I was a bit thrown off by there TOS at first but having used the service mow I can vouch it is a good service.
