DON'T, just DON'T use this guy's service. He will deceive you that he has UK BINs, even send you exact number, but after payment you get Estonian BIN. That what happened to me, after refund I got only 87% of what I paid originally. Guess I'm lucky that I tested his "service" with a little sum.
